Information about Automatic Payment System

If you have a Japanese postal savings account, you can use the automatic payment system to make donations. For further information, call our administration office.

Video Tapes and Exhibition Panels

Video tapes and exhibition panels showing the activities of the Minsai Center are available on request. Available tapes are: "Heart-to-Heart International Cooperation" (about 30 minutes); "Thai Scholars' Visit to Japan for Acknowledgement" (about 30 minutes); and "Donations of Miswritten Postcards" (about 20 minutes). Exhibition panels are limited in number, so please call our office at 03-5292-3260 in advance to ask if they are available.

Sending Gifts

You can send Christmas and New Year's gifts to children. Call our office for more information.

How to Write to Your Scholar

For safe letter delivery, please address your letter to your scholar's school rather than to their home. Enclose a stamp so that you scholar can reply to you, because the cost of international mailing is higher than that of his/her lunch. A set of Thai stamps is available from our office for 1,000 yen, to cover the costs of 13 mailings. To obtain the stamps, send 1,000 yen (using a postal note is convenient) along with a self-addressed, \80 stamped envelope to the Tokyo office.

Translation from Thai to Japanese

When you receive a letter in Thai from your scholar, you can use our translation service, provided by volunteers registered at our office. Please send the original letter, along with four 80-yen stamps, to our office.
